Has anyone been to Thursday dating events?

As the title suggests. I've known about Thursday dating for a while but recently found out that it exists in ottawa too. Just wondering if anyone has attended their events. As a guy I dont see myself going to dating events just because the ratio are more or less skewed or when they're not the speed dating format doesn't let you talk to just one person if you hit it off. Anyways, the Thursday dating format seems different and interesting. Would love to hear your guys thoughts. Cheers!!
