How dangerous is one exposure to a vape?

Because I was in the cafe next to my school and there were some boys outside gaping, taking big puffs in and blowing huge clouds of smoke out through their noses, then passing it around. And I think I might’ve been exposed to it because even though they were outside, the door was open and one of them came in with one at one point. Is this dangerous?
