DAE shiver when ear is submerged in water?

This has happened to me my whole life. When my ears go under water, and when they come out I have this uncontrollable urge to shiver? Idk how to describe it. It's how I imagine a seizure would feel, but it lasts like a second. (I'm so sorry if this is offensive😭) it happens at random other times too? Not even just when I'm cold, had it my whole life idk.
