Is this scabbing?

Is it okay to go to theatre on strike days to get my cases up in time for CST application window?

My day job is a non surgical specialty and I would be attending CEPOD theatres which would be running regardless of strikes.

I don’t want to be a scab but this would mean I won’t have to use my zero days after a brutal set of on calls to go to theatre
