American (20 male) in need of universal healthcare

I am 20 years old and in college. I have a serious chronic condition. I can’t handle the political instability if I was to lose my government insurance I am going to die and I’m sick of it. I need to leave this country is suffocating. How can I get into college there I’m a junior in America wanting to go to grad school or start a career. My grades aren’t fantastic i have a 3.2 but my last 2 year grades are good.

Or how do I find work and get coverage, I heard they still cover you or partial if u r a temp resident.
