Need help finding this children’s book!!

Alright, so I remember reading this book when I was young, in around 2016-2017. I got it from the library in the children’s section, but it was a thick chapter book in the fantasy genre. The cover had a reddish pink colored background and there was a large white egg on the front that was cracked open with shells on the floor around it, and a bird talon was sticking out. I’m pretty sure it was about Griffins (the mythical creature) but it could have been about a dragon or even a regular bird.. but I do recall some magical elements in it. If these details ring a bell, please let me know because the search is driving me crazy.. 😭🙏💕
