I’ve been constipated off and on for three months and I don’t know what to do

Medical info: 19F, about 154lbs, 5’5, i vape off and on, I don’t “smoke” or drink and I recently got ablations done for endo removal in August.

I got a laparoscopy done to remove my endometriosis in mid August, they gave me pain pills which I took on schedule for only about two days post op. About a week after my surgery I wound up in the ER due to having colon spasms. Since then the only time I’m able to go to the bathroom is if I take super strong laxatives. Is there anything I can do for this? What should I do? I don’t have the means at this very moment to go see a doctor for this but it’s actually horrible. I’m still in a lot of pain now and again from not being able to go to the bathroom and or while also trying to go to the bathroom. The constipation gets to the point where I feel ill!! Pls help
