Short term investment options?

I plan ti buy a house in the next 2-3 years and only have around 70,000 cash. Are my investment options really limited? Currently I have 20K in choc finance, 30K in pimco, 10K in lionglobal short duration and amova, 10K in FD (at 2.88% 1 mth). Where else can i invest?
