When do you recommend I apply?

My midterms are coming out this Friday I believe and they are looking pretty strong (97 in kin, 94 in Philosophy, 92 in Business Leadership, 85 in BUSIDC4M1). I already completed 2 grade 12 U courses online in the summer, Math and English with a 90 in both. The problem is, my grade 11 marks are alot worse (Average of very low 80) compared to my grade 12 marks, and I just wanna ensure that unis look at my grade 12 marks over them. Also all my friends keep talking about there being some early admission deadline this Friday, but to my knowledge that is only about UofT but I’m not even too sure haven’t looked into it much so yea. When do you recommend for me to apply?
