Payday loans struggle

I am drowning in debt and it is 100% my fault. My credit card is full, line credit is full. I had to get payday loans to make a minimum payment for my credit card and now I am just burring myself more and more in debt. Anyone here who had payday loans and filed for consumer proposal and how did it go? I am afraid they will accuse me in fraud for not being able to pay them back. Should I get a loan with Fairstone (for example) to consolidate my debt instead of filing for consumer proposal.
