WIBTA if I don’t attend my cousin’s girlfriend’s baby shower?

For context: my husband and I have been together for years and the last year struggling to conceive. We have a house, dual income so we feel financially and emotionally ready for kids. Recently my much younger cousin started dating this girl a month ago and they got pregnant. Besides the fact I’m a little crushed/envious (which is my own thing to work through), I have never met this woman yet no idea what she even looks like. My aunt sent me an invitation to the baby shower. I really don’t want to go.

WIBTA if I just buy a gift and send it with my aunt and not attend? I just don’t feel comfortable and feel odd not knowing her, and at baseline I very much dislike baby showers
