I signed for a plan last month and on the website I was offered a $30 credit on the phone over 24 months. When my first bill came the credit wasn’t showing. I messaged the office of the president and they said it didn’t go through. I sent them screen shots from their websites showing the discount. They refused. I sent them a ccts complaint (which got accepted) and it took Fido a month to investigate and they’re only offering me $100 credit? I declined this offer and is going to the next step. Honestly after this I’m leaving Fido.
