I’m so confused about my sylhilis test results

I (30M)went and got a std test and for syphilis it showed that I was reactive for t.pallidum antibodies, but non-reactive RPR and non-reactive treponemal (tppa) antibodies

So I had to wait 2 weeks to take another test and it came back the same exact way. I got an std test about 3 months ago and was negative all the way across.I looked up the symptoms and I’ve never had any of them

Can someone help me understand my test results please?
