Trippi

Has anyone ordered from trippi recently? Made an order and it was shipped on the 31st. The tracking number isn't even showing on the canada post site? Am I out money or what? Every time I ask customer support they say it's been handed off to Canada post, but I can't see how, with it having been 5 days now and still not even a tracking number on CP.
