Trade help please! Trade for Sutton?

Is this a fair trade? 12-man PPR. The other guy needs RB depth and I want to upgrade my WR room.

Thinking of trading White, Vidal, and Wan’Dale for Sutton! Or should I trade for another WR of his?

My team:

My WRs: JSN, Devonta, Wan’Dale, Washington, Travis Hunter (IR)

My RBs: Achane, ETN, Jones, Mason, Tuten, Vidal, White

The other guy team:

His RBs: Williams, Gordon, Singletary, Kamara

His WRs: Amon-Ra, Lamb, Deebo, Q.Johnston
