Need some guidance on pricing a custom request

I’ve been on hiatus due to chronic health issues for quite some time, I’m still really struggling, but I need the money so I’ve reopened my custom requests. The first request I received was this:

“How much for a hard-core throatfuck video with you gulping a lot of water beforehand and letting it all out with retching, gagging, and throat fetish content for like 10 mins?”

I have no problem doing this, but I’m at a point where it has to be for the right price. One of the chronic symptoms I deal with is cervical lymphadenopathy, so deepthroat content sucks and I will physically pay for this if I do it. My customs in the past were usually $10-12 a minute for vanilla requests and more for fetish content. Honestly even $15 a minute feels a low for what my body is going to put me through after.

I also don’t want to price it so high that the client walks because regardless I could really use the extra financial support.
