Melon Mix Issue

Hello! This might not be the best place to ask but I know I've seen some people talk about Melon Mix on this subreddit before. I'm having an issue and I can't seem to find a solution, or even other people running into the same problem. I just installed the latest version of Melon Mix and have my version of 358/2 days already prepared. The problem is, I want to play the game with the original cutscenes, but every time I start the game, it only shows the bottom screen parts of the opening cutscene, so I don't even get to watch the main part. Has anyone run into this before? Does anyone know how to fix this?
