New to credit cards and 100% have no idea where to even start looking.

Hi. I'm 36f and have 660 credit. No credit cards. I... want a credit card to put my reoccurring bills on so I can build my credit more. Mostly it's just bus and internet and phone. I dont even know where to start digging to begin to figure out what's good and what's shit. Alaska Airlines had one that does extra rewards points, but it's a ninety something dollar annual fee and I cant tell if 20 to 28% interest is high.

If anyone has a resource to go read or listen to that isnt complete horseshit ... that would be amazing. I'm not terribly financially literate, but I'm working on it. I own a house, have roomies, have a steady job and a cat. I live in alaska. Where should I start, fellow humans?
