Dialog in customs

How do you approach dialog when it comes to custom videos? Do you write an entire script, give light direction, or fully let the seller create the dialog? I'd love to hear from both buyers and sellers.

I used to write out an entire dialog script when I first started buying customs, but I've switched to either light or no direction recently. I've found I much prefer to let a seller come up with their own stuff because it ends up sounding a lot more natural. I think it also gives the videos a bit more originality. I love the fact I can give the same action script to two different creators, and end up with two videos that have completely different vibes based on the dialog.
