Most games I play someone quits

Hey guys, hope you are all doing well! I am a newer player and am really enjoying the game, but it seems that more than half of my games, someone quits, and it destroys the match. I am curious if this is a low elo issue or an issue in general. It has been making the game pretty unfun despite it being a great game.
