What do you do when you’re manifesting something but you don’t get the specific thing you wanted?

I’ve been manifesting a job and I’ve been getting interviews and offers but they’re not the ones I want, and I refuse to settle for something that I don’t want. I’m trying manifest something more specific but I just can’t seem to manifest it? I keep getting rejected from the type of jobs i want yet the jobs i don’t want, keep hiring me.
