Compression garment

So to all my ladies who had breast reduction (or any breast work) along with the tummy tuck, what compression garment did you use stage 2. I tried the high waisted shorts but they roll down and that causes pain around my waist.

So, I was either going to try regular waisted or the kind that go up around your boobs with shoulder straps. I am worried that will be uncomfortable on my tender breasts as I had side lipo.
