National Guard on Avon St.

Anyone else notice that there seems to be a lot more activity at the building? There also appears to be a large trailer in the parking area. I've even seen then outside one during a drill of some sort. Is anyone else worried that these guardsmen are being trained to basically invade Cville like D.C. ? I've been driving by that building for over 30 years and have never seen this much activity other than their monthly or bi monthly trainings.
