I had to leave a test because of my disability, now what?

I had an issue while writing a test where I felt super faint (because of chronic illness disability) and had to leave mid test because I couldn’t write in that state. I’ve never missed a test before… what are the next steps? I see all this stuff online and it’s pretty confusing… I am registered with accessibility services too by the way so I’m assuming the process is different. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
