Need mouse help (wont work) (glorious model o-)

I have a glorious model o-, wired version. Whenever i shut off my pc it would turn off as normal, but when something with the current in my outlet happened, maybe a change idk, the lights would turn on in the mode i selected, but the pc was off. A week ago it happened to me that when turning on my pc, the lights would be on, but the cursor wuldnt appear and the glorious model o software wouldnt recognize it. I left it for some days to see if it fixed itself but it didnt, and when i touched it it felt hot. I left it unplugged and it didnt work either, what could it be???? Device manager recognizes it when i start my pc as hid device, but when uninstalling it and replugging it it wouldnt show back up. I have a redragon mouse and i works, does anyone know what i can do?? id really hate to need to buy a new mouse so soon

i also heard theres a thing where you hold he left right and middle buttons to reset firmware, but that didnt work
