Congestion relief??

My baby is 6.5 months old and is constantly SO congested. He keeps getting so much mucus that he gets it in his tummy and spits up and he can barely breathe through his nose. The doctor says it’s normal but I feel so bad for him. We do saline and a nose Frida 1-2 times a day but he just seems miserable. We also have a humidifier in his nursery at night but I’m hoping someone out here has a recommendation to help this poor guy 😢
