horrible customer service and website

i ordered a small package to be delivered to my home ( selected delivery on check out). my confirmation receipt says " delivery by parcel to *my address* how ever the email i received says I need to pick it up in store. The chat box is a joke, and the woman on the phone was equally as unhelpful. I don't understand how my receipt says it will be delivered to my home but the email says i have to pick it up.
