(Mtf4gm) isekai'd into a permanently pregnant milf.

Hello, I am with a bit if a different thing. I would like someone that can be a bit of a gm, or at least be able to pmay a few characters. I would like to somehow ends up in the body of an elven milf that is a cleric for a fertility goddess, or maybe another kind of character. The main thing is I go from a guy in our world to a milf with a permanently pregnant and plump body in some fantasy world.
