Upcoming Trip; OneKey Card with VRBO

Seeing 2 promotions.

One with $0 AF for $400 cash. Second is $95 AF for $600 cash ($100 anniversary)

Has anyone used these and if so what sre your thoughts?

Trying to decide if worth one of my 5/24 slots.
