Got Careless with a verified phone number, turns out out be a scam

Okay so I just got scammed of everything inside my bank account which was supposed to be my payment for tuition since school opens another semester in a week. What would be my best action now?

I was collecting money for donations to the typhoon damage in our area when this number with the name of a known financial app here in the Philippines called so none of my alarm bells rang and there and then I answered their call they asked for some my bank details, some otp they were sending (which again honestly is my mistake) and boom, entire balance was transferred to another and knowing the system I won’t be getting a peso from that back. It hurts a lot thinking about how will I get the payment for tuition back but if you were in my place what would you do? I am very very lost right now and I’ve got no proper support channels to vent and think about what happened. (copy pasted this from another scam sub, just to share my story)
