How are founders and teams actually using AI (I will not promote)

Hi All, how are you guys actually using AI. And is it actually helping. I feel like theres a lot of tooling, and a lot of hype but honestly I am not sure if this is actually doing more good than harm. I want to learn more about the startup scene, so would be great if anyone could share how they use AI and if it genuinely improves things. Ofc the negative stories are welcome to.
