help idk what im doing

so ive got a pc where last night it blue screened while playing ready or not. I powered it off and sense then it hasn't worked. what I mean by that is the pc itself turns on, but I have no boot sequence, no power to any of my monitors, mouse, keyboard, ect. since then I have replaced the cmos battery, reseated my graphics card, cpu, cpu fan, power supply. no dice. I dont think anything got fried in it as I was literally playing on it 24 hours ago and it s5ill turns on.

I have an asus motherboard, GeForce 3060, ryzen 5600 and I reapplied thermal paste to it today. no bent pins on cpu. I auctually have no clue
