Something God revealed to me during prayer about prayer

Hi!!! I just wanted to share something that God revealed to me during prayer recently. I was feeling really frustrated about a situation that just didn’t seem to be changing. While I was praying for breakthrough and asking God to move, I felt the Holy Spirit say, What exactly do you want to change? What do you want to happen?

This time I have been been praying for “change” in a general sense, but I wasn’t being specific. I realized I hadn’t actually told God the details of what I was hoping for. I was kind of expecting Him to just fix everything without me ever expressing what I wanted to happen.

It reminded me that God wants us to partner with Him in prayer and actually speak with Him and not just at Him. To be specific, to talk it out, and to trust that He cares about even the small details.
