should i start the novel again?

i put the novel on hold after fang yuan steals that guys body spectre soul idk if i remember it right but after he does that i read a like a 100 chapter more i think i was around 1100 something chapter but i found them really slow and it was just fang yuan going around doing random shit. so should i pick it up again?
