Help me find an earworm... Crystal Roses synth sounds like something!?

Just to satisfy my OCD, I need to try and figure out what tune I am hearing in my head when I hear the synth at the start and in the background of the majority of crystal roses. I can't even tell you what Genre it is at this point but its driving me crazy. Anyone think it sounds like something? :').
