Duloxetine vs. Venlafaxine?

Hi! F/31 here, I was diagnosed with an adenoma and after further testings, my doctor realised that my prolactin raises more whenever I'm taking Duloxetine (we did a few trials). She recommended switching to Venlafaxine, however, Duloxetine has been the only thing that's ever worked for me, I have very severe social anxiety and it has been a godsend for me in regards to that. Before Duloxetine, I couldn't maintain a conversation or even had a sense of humor. It has had its share of side effects, my hair is falling like crazy and the weight gain has been insane (20 kg in 4 years, with no change in diet). I've been taking 60mg for the past four years. She recommended Venlafaxine 150 mg, to see if it will have a similar effect, without the prolactin issue. Has anyone here made this change and how has it worked for you? I've never taken Venlafaxine and I'm honestly scared to make this change.
