Thoughts on 5134 Sizing

Hi all, I'm currently shopping around for my first Patek and am strongly considering an early model 5134g with breguet numerals. The biggest hesitation I have is the 37mm case size.

I was previously considering the 5134g vs a 5056p but earlier this week, I took a trip to a well respected grey dealer and tried on several watches to get a feel for them. I tried on a 5035j (same case size as 5056p) and was surprised at how small it wore. I definitely felt more comfortable with something the size of a 5205g as an everyday watch. Unfortunately, I haven't yet been able to make a trip to a dealer with a 5134 to try it on.

Which brings me to my question. Does anyone with a 5134 have any comparisons with more modern case sizes? It seems like the pushers and crown guards make the watch wear a little larger than the 37mm size would indicate, so I'm wondering if it'll wear closer to a more modern 39mm or 40mm reference.
