Embarrassing new symptom.

Okay, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this because I've read it could be related to fibroids enlarging the uterus and the fact that the bladder is located behind the uterus combined with hormone fluctuations.

The past couple months, on the week before my period especially which is when progestin rises, I've noticed that sometimes I have urine leakage, especially while sleeping. It's not enough that I'd call it incontinence but it's definitely happening.

Any insights or do I have a new fun woman issue to deal with? I am 38, no kids, don't have a bladder infection.
