Bolivia to Brazil by bus

Hi, I arrived to La Paz yesterday and I’m staying here for 2 weeks before heading to Brazil! I’m doing all the normal spots before planning to finish the country in Santa Cruz, from which I plan to travel into Brazil from. I was wondering if anybody else has done this journey by bus and could give me any suggestions on the best way to do it. I know flying is much easier but I prefer buses as I feel you can see more of the country and it is generally a lot more cost effective. Any tips appreciated, thanks!
