New Probies Don't Be Disheartened

Witnessed some of the ordeal you all went through today. You all were great and pushed through it. The first week is the roughest for they are trying to get you all in order and breaking bad habits. Trust me that it will get easier with less punishments. It is rough with 200 people of all different classes and backgrounds to try and come together as a group but that is what those big bad DIs are trying to accomplish. Give it a full week, maybe two before any more make a decision you might later regret.

Come in on time with the proper equipment. And for the love of whatever god you follow leave your cell phones in your car, your friends car, under a rock.....something. Do what is asked of you, and I'm not saying to blindly follow. If something seems off don't be afraid to speak up about it.

The training you will recieve and fulfillment you will get once you are out there is immense. I may be blue pilled but I do love this job and what I'm able to give back to those I respond to.
