Adding a free kit timer

I see many streamers saying they should add a timer to free kits similar to cooldowns when you scav on tarkov, or restricting where you can use a free kit (no night raids, for example)

Personally I don’t think they should have a timer and should stay unrestricted. I’m making this post more or less to bring attention to this and get some opinions on this from the average gamer rather than the streamers.

Streamers are a vocal minority and many times, we’ve seen unwelcome changes added to a game based on streamer opinion when in reality it harms or dampers the experience of the average gamer.
