Been doing ninja lately, loving the evasion and shield. Any other tips

Trying to walk around punching folks and countering everything. It’s one of my favorite playstyles in all games, and I almost forgot how lovely it is to be a steamroller. I tried with Chad, but the evasion on level up is just so good. So I get those projectile tomes and stack up shields, exp tome to level up faster, and trying to figure out what else to get.

Hit the tier 3 boss for the first time today, and realized the order of how I get my weapons it’s important, but curious what weapons you guys would stack? I love the laser one but it doesn’t seem good with this build, but maybe aura is. I do do sword.

So wondering what you guys would recommend here
