Harmony NIPT came back with no gender [on]

So I just heard back from my doctor regarding my NIPT results and it came back low risk. I am very very happy and feel like I can finally relax. However, my doctor said there is no gender mentioned on the report. He said he wasn’t sure if the NIPT even provided a confirmed gender. From everything I have read online, the NIPT will always detects the gender of the fetus… anyway, he sent me a copy of the report and it doesn’t say the gender anywhere. Did he simply not request it in the requisition he sent the lab? We’re really bummed out!! We were so excited to find out the gender to know realize we will have to wait until the 20 week scan.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do at this point?

I should also add that I tried many times to access the results online and the dynacare portal just keeps telling me that my registration info doesn’t match the requisition info linked to the PIN number the lab gave me. I got frustrated and gave up. I’ve also tried calling the lab and can never get through. ☹️
