orange deadline

Just to make sure an orange deadline means that ALL program materials just have to be received by the deadline, 11:59 pm. So this means we don't have to worry about materials being verified, just have them in by 11:59? Does it take CSDCAS time to receive the materials or is it marked as received as soon as you submit? My earliest deadline is December 1st and it's an orange deadline. I have just been swamped with a lot of things this semester and one of my professors says he won't be getting to LORs till thanksgiving break so it's very likely I won't be able to have everything submitted till a week or a couple days before the deadline
