Someone tracked down my main account from a family shared alt..

I use a family shared alt account to duck certain people who have tracked my gameplay hours in the past.

A random player from in-game got upset from how I played and left a nasty comment on my main profile, stating the name of my alternate account.

My question is, how did they find this information? I thought there was no way to trace that back. Should I be worried?
