Do top colleges consider gym grades when looking at your transcript?

During my freshman year we had to swim or else we would get a 0 for the unit. I didn’t swim at all because I have glasses and also didn’t know how to swim. This brought my gym grade down to a 90 and a 90 at my school is a 3.5 gpa which basically cooked it.
