Rental property issues, what are my rights - England

Hi I started renting a flat in Leicester 3 months ago, within this time we have had a few issues including mainly the boiler not working properly, kitchen tap which bursts out water (still does) and mouse in the kitchen (just spotted one), what am I entitled to, if anything please, thank you
