Looking for some help for a friend (Timey-Wimey Precon)

Hey guys, been lurking on here for a bit and finally decided to jump in for some help, I'm looking for a hand with touching up some of my decks, which will be a separate post, and for a hand with helping a friend who doesn't really have the ability to look cards up himself. He's picked up the Timey-Wimey precon from Doctor Who, and knows I know a lot more about the game than he does, so he asked for some help knowing if there's anything he needs to remove or upgrade. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to play with Timey-Wimey yet, despite my cousin having the deck, and the only time I've played against it Rose Tyler went crazy early on and I got bodied well before I could figure out what might need adjusting, so I'd appreciate some suggestions for my friend if I can get any. For some background context he owns 3 of the Fallout precons (missing Mothman) but I don't know what he would be willing to remove from any of those decks to buff Timey-Wimey. He's probably going to be looking at more budget options money-wise. Anyway, I appreciate any help and suggestions you guys might have, hopefully I can get some more aid in a few hours with my personal decklists as well!
