How should I split up my emails and their assigned purposes?

Advice Needed

I recently changed my name and made a sparkly new email to go along with it. Unfortunately, because I've looking for a job for the past year, it's already 60% full just with applications. And of course, for appearance's sake, I'm expected to use the proper FirstNameLastName. I wish it were just for correspondence with my (personal and professional) connections and actual humans.

I have my other emails that I still use, but they have slowly become junk or just hard to control because of everything attached to them and for how long they've been floating around the Internet (my mom made me a Yahoo account back in 2006/2007, so you can only imagine how many of my notifications are spam recipe/news/medical/shopping/etc.). I want to start detaching things from my old "junk" emails and filter them to proper places, but I'm not sure how to divvy up the tasks.

(I want SEPARATE email addresses for these things; I am NOT using filters.)

For example, I like to travel and have plenty of airline/bus accounts. But I don't think I travel enough to justify making that its own separate address. But I don't know if I want to include it in an account for rewards, subscriptions, or shopping (I don't do much shopping beyond buying food in-person).

I want something separate for finances, but don't know if I should overlap that with government things, loans/scholarships, job security stuff, money apps, etc.

Even wondering if social media/marketing/business should have its own! I'm no influencer, but people have done less online and found opportunities.

TL;DR

- How do you divide the tasks/sectors?

- What naming conventions do you use?

I'll add a little chart when I have a better idea.
