Bloodhound Staff granting permanent stats to Cassia - it is breaking combat and stat checks

Hey there,

I submitted a bug report via the in game feature but wanted to post here as well to see if someone has figured out a workaround who's also run into this.

Im in Act II and recently acquired the Bloodhound Staff (and Chains of Domination as i think that may be relevant?) and some interaction is taking place that feels almost certainly like a bug. They are both on Cassia and she has begun getting a huge amount of permanent Willpower and Perception that is saying it is it coming from the BloodHound Staff (see screenshots), even when it is not equipped. I have tried doing a respec on her and this also did not remove the stats.

As Cassia was/is a core member of my team this has broken the combat functionally. Her damage spells are 1 shotting enemies, her stat boosts are giving a mountain of bonuses that trivialize enemy dps, and stat checks related to her stats (including currently having a 200+% dodge chance so she cant be attacked either) are just negated.

Has anyone run into and figured out a way to get these stats to go away so I play the game normally?
